The amount indicated in the offer shows the lowest price available when booking for the given period. However, the actual price depends on occupancy, the period you wish to book (e.g.: weekdays or weekends), the number of guests, and the room type. The booking price for the dates you wish to book is available on our booking page. The offer is valid until revoked.

- Local tax is extra to be paid over the age of 18 on the spot, which is 4% of the accommodation fee.
- Pets surcharge: 10 € / pet / night
- There is no refund for unused package items.
- Hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and until 10 am on the day of departure! In case of arrival at a different time, please let us know in advance!
- If necessary, we will take care of the storage of luggage.
- In the absence of prior notice, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hostel rooms will be cancelled without prior notice by the hostel in accordance with the payment terms and cancellation policy.
- Payment method: by bank transfer, cash, credit card or Széchenyi Recreation Card
- 50% of the total package price must be paid in advance within 5 calendar days of receiving the confirmation.
- For last minute bookings (within 3 days), payment will be made on arrival.
- For bookings of more than 2 months away, the deposit must be paid at least 1 week before arrival.
- In the case of a bank transfer, please indicate your reference number, name and address in the notice box, which are required for issuing the imprest account.
- If you wish to pay your deposit with Széchenyi Recreation Card please send us your card details, as well as your address and the date of your booking.

General cancellation conditions:
Services ordered can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 calendar days prior to arrival.
Cancellation within 3 calendar days of the arrival date will incur a penalty of 50% of the package price.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or NO SHOW, 100 % of the ordered services will be charged as a penalty.

- The services ordered can be cancelled without any penalty until the 30th calendar day prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 30 calendar days, the penalty is 100% of the package price.
